Escort Visa is issued to an applicant who wants to come someone to the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Escort visit visa is only for accompanying
members of applicants of the Saudi Arabia commercial visa & can be the
husband of the visa applicant or son/daughter below the age of 18 years.
In some special cases, an attendee of a patient travelling to the Saudi
Arabia can also be granted Escort Visit visa.
To come along a relative residing & working in the Saudi Arabia from the
India, applicants require a Saudi Arabia Escort Visa issued by the Saudi
Arabian Embassy/Consulate in Delhi/Mumbai in India. The sponsor of
Escort Visit Visa, residing in Saudi Arabia, should apply for a letter
of invitation from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Once the request is accepted, the MOFA will send
the visa authorization letter directly to the Embassy in Delhi. The
applicant will also get a copy of acceptance of invitation.
The Escort Visa may be either a single-entry or a multiple-entry visa.
The single-entry visa has 3 months validity from the date of entry into
the Saudi Arabia. The validity of the multiple-entry Escort Visit visa
can be up to 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Escort Visit Visa does not
permit or give right to reside or work in the Saudi Arabia.
Requirements for the Saudi Arabian Escort Visa
Their original passport, valid for at least 6 months from their date
of entry into the Saudi Arabia.
colour Photograph should be recent and passport-sized,
Saudi Arabian Embassy in Delhi needs a medical insurance policy from
one of their approved insurance providers.
Letter of Invitation Issued by the Saudi Arabian MOFA
Flight ticket bookings, confirming the date of travel to the Kingdom
and return to the India, have to be submitted.
Proof of Relationship with the person they are accompanying to the
Kingdom.
One fully completed original E-Number application form should be
submitted, printed on separate sheets of A4-sized paper. This should
be signed in the original.
