- Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages

- 2 recent color photographs
- Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
- Original Business covering letter on business letterhead
- Indian Company Registration Certificate

Application Process:
Once you have collected all the documents, passport and the application form in place, the next step is to visit a Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC) for the submission of application along with your documents.
