• Original Passport valid for not less than six months.
• Photographs having white background.
• Online Agency Authorisation Letter (تفويض الوكالة) to the name of ZAFCO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTProof of authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (eg. Visa Authorisation Number)
• Birth Certificate of Applicant
• Original Degree Certificate attested by Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia or any previous academic qualifications required by the embassy

• Student below the age of 16 years don’t require submitting a medical report.
• Police clearance Certificate, issued within the last six months attested by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India
